Remote Patient Monitoring Devices – Remote Glucose Monitoring
Remote Glucose Monitoring
The VitalGuard Glucose Monitor gives patients a quick and dependable way to check their blood sugar at home. Each reading is sent automatically through a secure cellular connection, allowing care teams to view results in near real time. This helps providers stay informed and support patients with timely guidance when needed.
Because the device includes built-in cellular transmission, it arrives ready to use right out of the box. There is no app to install, no Wi-Fi to connect, and no setup required. Patients simply test as they normally would, and the readings are delivered directly to the VitalGuard clinical portal and can be shared with their provider’s EHR*. This makes remote monitoring simple, consistent, and effortless for both patients and their care teams.
*EHR connectivity depends on the provider’s system.
