How It Works FAQ

Your next steps, answered.

How do I get started?

Contact VitalGuard to discuss your needs and verify eligibility before enrollment. Our team will explain the next steps and help you choose your plan.

What arrives in my kit?

Your program includes the devices selected for your monitoring needs. They arrive pre-configured, with instructions for taking your first reading.

Do I need Wi-Fi or a smartphone?

The cellular blood pressure monitor, scale, and glucose meter send readings without Wi-Fi or a smartphone. All devices are connected via 4G cellular data right out of the box.

How do I take my daily readings?

Follow the instructions supplied with each device and your care team’s schedule. Most readings take just a few moments: wrap and press, step on the scale, or clip the pulse oximeter onto a finger.

Who reviews my readings?

Our U.S.-based clinical team reviews your readings. If something looks unusual, the team reaches out to discuss it with you.

What if I miss a reading or need help?

Contact your care team if you miss readings or have trouble using a device. They can help you get back on track and answer questions about your monitoring schedule.
